Leading the Way: GAPS Assessment

Background: As a follow-through to the recent leadership development session that your respective leaders have attended last March and May 2025, this GAPS Assessment (Gains, Areas for Improvement, Potential, and Support Needed) seeks to provide constructive and well-rounded feedback from direct reports, supervisors, colleagues, and internal partners. This feedback will help participants identify their current leadership behaviors and determine areas for personal and professional growth.
Each participant will receive a summary of their results anonymously and will be given the opportunity to reflect and act on them. A follow-up assessment will be conducted six (6) months later to track their progress.
